The process included two rounds of interviews with two different VPs. During the first week, I was invited to interview. In the second week, both interviews were scheduled and conducted. By the third week, I was promptly notified of the decision and extended a job offer. In the fourth week, I formally accepted. From initial contact to acceptance, the entire hiring process took approximately one month.
Interviews can often feel stressful; however, in both of my interviews, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The conversations allowed me to speak in depth about my professional experience beyond what was listed on my resume.
