Crawford & Company interview questions

I was contacted directly regarding an opportunity for a Sr Compliance Specialist role and was provided with a specific day and time for my interview. The hiring process was structured, efficient, and respectful of my time. The process included two rounds of interviews with two different VPs. During the first week, I was invited to interview. In the second week, both interviews were scheduled and conducted. By the third week, I was promptly notified of the decision and extended a job offer. In the fourth week, I formally accepted. From initial contact to acceptance, the entire hiring process took approximately one month. Interviews can often feel stressful; however, in both of my interviews, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The conversations allowed me to speak in depth about my professional experience beyond what was listed on my resume. I appreciated the consistent communication throughout the process and how respectful everyone was of my time. Since joining, I have settled into my position and genuinely enjoy my role. For me, this opportunity has been a great career move and a positive step forward in my professional journey.
