A little disorganisation in the beginning, however the overall experience was average. I had a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews, and the last meeting was with the owner. The screening process was thorough, and they asked relevant questions. However, when it came time for the offer, the offer was done by email which I thought was very impersonal. The written offer also did not provide an opportunity to negotiate wages, or allow for any discussion on whether or not I wanted to accept the position. This is where management training would really help this company improve on their processes.
