I emailed my resume and cover letter after seeing an ad on a skiing website. A couple weeks later I interviewed with the owner of the company and the Head Development Coach outside on a picnic table. They wanted to see both what my abilities were and what type of person I was. Overall, very laid back and felt comfortable the whole time.
