Preset two dishes upon interview for the executive and CDC to judge the role. The rest is standard procedure. Like managing staff, prep before each service, fire orders promptly, assisting in different stations and servicing different outlets of the main dining.

I was contacted by the hiring manager about setting up an interview, I responded immediately and have not heard back from him, despite a few follow-up emails. I called the company to find out if there was another hiring manager I could speak with and was told he was the only one. For a company that pride itself on putting people first, this is a poor reflection of that.
I am happy to experience your true culture before joining a company only to find out that your core value is really a facade.
