Cradlewise Visual Communication Designer interview questions

I recently interviewed with Cradlewise for a Visual communication designer position, and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. There was no initial phone interview/discussion, an assessment was sent with an deadline for the submission which I completed and submitted promptly. However, after several days of waiting for a response, I did not receive any communication from the company. I reached out via email and phone to follow up, but I did not receive any response. As a candidate, this lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that companies may receive a high volume of applications and assessments, but I believe it's important to respect candidates' time and effort. If the company is not interested in moving forward with my application, I would appreciate a simple email or call to let me know. It's frustrating to be left in the dark and uncertain about my status. However I hope the company introduce an initial telephonic interview before sending out the assessment to candidates and understand the experience and skill sets of the candidates before expecting assessment and keeping them in dark with no response. Overall, my experience with Cradlewise left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope that the company can take steps to improve its candidate experience and prioritize transparent and respectful communication with candidates.
