Two managers met with me and I basically got the job right off the bat. Was an easy process in which they basically sit down with you to make sure you’re not crazy.

I was seated at a table and told to wait on the manager. It was just a few minutes and she came over and asked me probably seven questions. they mostly pertain to my restaurant experience what job I held previously things of that nature.

They asked what made me want to work at Cracker Barrel
Quick conversation about my experience - I had none. Ended abruptly when the manager needed to return to the kitchen. I got a call roughly two weeks later. I would not work there again.
Super easy and quick basic behavioral questions and customer service questions. So easy for a high school student to start out and work multiple jobs for a great company that has managers that care for you and your success
