The interview process was not difficult. Had an appointment for an interview and talked to the manager. Got accepted the day of and did on-paid training on the Computer and in person. During that we also did a food test to make other new hires, including myself, ensure what we will be serving to guests

Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work for us?
The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.
Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions

Interview
It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.
