I interviewed at Coyote Ugly Saloon (New Orleans, LA)
Interview
Straightforward & simple! However, must audition and be extremely outgoing and not afraid to get out your comfort zone. Definitely not the environment if your’re laid back & reserved. REMIND you they require you to dance more than bartend.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coyote Ugly Saloon (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
you apply in person at the bar. you are called for an audition or they tell you when to come in to audition. the audition is you dancing on the bar for a few songs to see if you can dance. then they take your picture for your profile as well as some videos sometimes.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coyote Ugly Saloon (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
I came for audition on Saturday night and stayed for 5 hours straight. Bartenders were great, very encouraging, inclusive and sassy. I had the time of my life during this audition ;-). I danced the night away, met bunch of people and got drunk AF. I arrived home debauched with lipstick stains on my neck and belly, lol. How it works is, you come in for audition and fill in an application. Do it at one go, otherwise applications get lost or forgotten. Make sure that GM is there to see you audition and that you have a word with her. Bartenders sometimes let the applicants perform just for the show, but it's not a bartender who hires, so make sure you are not wasting your time. You will be required to dance on the bar and interact with crowds. They look for cool, fun and sassy women. It's not a strip club, no twerking. You don't have to be ace in dance, just feel comfortable with your body.
