We did conduct a search for a Corporate Trainer and the position did take just over 2 months to hire. Our #1 priority is our employees, their development and our commitment to providing a "Gold Standard" approach to training initiatives. It is not out of the ordinary to take more time to hire a key internal position when it has to do with our employees directly. In the past year we have begun to add significant resources to our Corporate Training department and this position is a great example of that. You did speak with our regional recruiter and they conducted a phone screen to evaluate the qualifications for the position. I am sorry if you felt the questions were scripted, we do like to make sure we are consistent with our screening process. If you were selected to go to the next round of interviews, you would have had the opportunity to interview in person with our field leadership team and gain more knowledge about the position and our company.
