Covestro interview questions

Very good, all parties were kind, understanding, and easy to get along with. Easily the best interview process I’ve gone through thus far. Scheduling and meeting times were accommodating and flexible.

I had a two-step interview process for a Process Chemist position at Covestro in Baytown, TX. First, I had a phone screening, followed by an on-site interview that included a presentation. The interviewers were respectful and professional, and the atmosphere during the interview was relaxed — they didn’t create any unnecessary stress. However, after the on-site interview, I followed up several times over the course of a month. I received one reply two weeks after my follow-up saying they were still making a decision. Since then, I have not received any response to my additional follow-up emails. I recently saw the same position re-posted, which left me feeling like the process lacked transparency. It's disappointing to invest significant time and effort into preparing and presenting, only to be met with silence. I hope they improve their candidate communication moving forward.
