1:1 interview: first part role play, it was a benefits advisory scenario which required myself to assess a discretionary housing payment application, where the sheet had incomings and outgoings for the month, which required you to use numerical skills to work out their entitlement (calculator was provided). This wasn't too difficult i guess but anyone going for a benefits advising role should prepare to be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of benefits specific to the role.
