Flexible and efficient. The process was direct and straight forward. I had the chance to interview with my future direct supervisor which was also helpful. I was also able to negotiate my salary with a 10k increase on the spot.

Short, was given a couple scenarios. Asked how I would handle certain interactions. Was interviewed by two managers. Very informal. Was not given a tour of the facility. I did not feel that they were being very picky about who they wanted to hire. I knew I would get the job.
