Interview
It was mainly a one-on-one interview with the Assistant Director of Nursing. The interview lasted roughly 30 minutes long and mainly consisted of questions of getting to know you personally, your work style, how well you work with others, how you handle stress, and your flexibility and availability to work overtime.

Interview was great with the Administrator and DON they were highly professional and allowed me to have comfort, this made the interview process run smoothly! I was hired on the spot.
