Interview
I applied through UCLA bruinview. They emailed me for the interview, which was held at their office on Wilshire. The entire process took a week or so to finish because they were careful selecting the final candidates. I was selected out of 5 people in the final round. Interview was not technical but proficiency with Word and Excel is a must. The overall interview experience was relaxed but not easy.

Question 1
Do you know much about real estate industry? What is CAP rate? Why do you think you are a good fit?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Courtland Partners (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Very intensive. You will meet with several people as well as the CEO. The psychological & IQ testing is where most candidates get dropped. They are letting a lot of good people slip through their hands. Overall a typical interview process, with the addition of a 4 hour assessment with a psychologist.

Question 1
What manager did you like the least & why.
Are there any personalities you don't get along with well?
What was the most difficult work
Situation you faced & how did you overcome it?
How would you describe yourself?
Then you meet with an employer psychologist and go through a battery of IQ & personality testing. I am very smart & very normal, and they cut me after the testing. No idea what they are looking for. If they want analyst level smarts for administrative positions, it may take them a while to staff.
