Interview
The process is about 4 stages:
1st - HR Recruiter
2nd - Line Manager
3rd - A round of interviews with 5/6 stakeholders
4th - Final Interview with upper management
the 3rd one is the hardest one since it involves a role play exercise which is demanding

Interview
Interviewed by 6-7 people ranging from the Recruiter, Managers, Director and Executive Staff. Felt like I was able to genuinely connect with interviewers as individuals and get a sense of the team. While the interviewing process was challenging, it was also fun. There was a creative mindset among the interviewers that show thinking outside of the box. It was evident that Coursera would be a place where I could grow alongside people who are high performers with purpose.

Interview questions generally tested my ability to think on my feet, demonstrate commitment to values under pressure, critical thinking and leveraging technology to bring solutions to global learners at scale.

Interview
It was a very long interview process, but at the same time it gives you the chance to get to know the company very well and ask a lot of questions. They are very insistent on the fact that it´s not only the company that needs to like the candidate, but also like wise. They include a case and role play interview with team members that try to make difficult questions for you to leave the role play. There was a recruiter that constantly did follow up and provided feedback during the process, which was very helpful and helped reduce anxiety.

Screen on a call by an external recruiter, took about a week for confirmation from the Coursera team for an interview schedule. First round by the regional lead- Ghosted after first 1:1.
