I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Country Life Vitamins (Hauppauge, NY)
Interview
After you enter the building the receptionist will sit you down in a room they call the "fishbowl". They ask the general questions all interviewers ask, "tell me about yourself" "how would you go about X situation" etc...
When interviewing for a QC Chemist role you will meet with 3 people, the group lead, qc manager and Director of Quality. One thing I did not like was the excessive waiting between meeting each person. in my own case it was anywhere from 15-25 minutes between each person leaving and the next showing up. There has also been times where I've witnessed people get concerned when they are left waiting for over half an hour just for the next person. and Overall they do not respect your time. and its just very unprofessional to make a potential candidate wait so long when you should have had this in your schedule already. It speaks volumes to the way the company is run if you ask me.

Interview
I met the broker for an interview, spent a good deal of my time with her, and then never heard back about the position. I didn't hear back even after I wrote in to inquire about the status of the position. If someone comes for an interview and meets with you one-on-one, it's expected that you will hear back about their hiring decision.

It was smooth and the hiring team had very quick response to all my queries. They do the phone interview and then call the candidate for the face to face interview.
