After I had applied for the Accessioning position, a company recruiter reached out with next steps for the interview process a week later. I was tasked to complete typing tests as they require a minimum speed for this position. Although I had to follow up a few times, I was scheduled to have a phone interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Skype interview first, then interview with 3 other people in house. Both were pretty laid back and straightforward. They needed 3 references. They asked basic questions about my past and my future plans. Then they asked fun personal questions to get to know me better. This was followed by a tour of the facility. They also asked us to do a test. If you use common sense, you will get it.
