Cougaar Software interview questions

Company gave a very peculiar interview assignment, that was copied verbatim from a website that sells the solutions to computer science homework problems. A complete lack of feedback on the desired interview assignment.

First I took a simple three pages paper test. Then two of their Software engineers reviewed my answers and asked my opinion about my answers as they were more algorithms wise. Then CEO and HR came to the conference room and asked me to present something to them and show them my teaching ability. At the end CEO asked HR to leave the room and ask my rate expectation. He was very rude and told me as you are currently unemployed, you have no choice except our offer!!! he started 20K lower than my last pay!!!
