Very quick and generic nothing too challenging
asked it is more on the informal side. Questions pertaining to availability are asked so good to be prepared with that. Also things like why cotton on is the best fit. Nothing too hard just be open to having conversation because that is really all it is.
Very easy, simple and welcoming staff. I really felt at ease and comfortable through out the whole process with them. It was one on one and very encouraging to answer the questions slowly and with thought.

Interview
Simple in person interview. Very easy. Store manager interviewed me and one other girl simultaneously. No second interview or over the phone interview. Managers are awesome and flexible. I handed in my résumé in person.
