There was very little focus on quant, high focus on EQ and general firm/industry knowledge. Much more of a fit interview than a skills interview. Seems like a good team and a good group.

Very brief - Campus recruitment fair -> dinner -> interview in 3 days. All of the events were essentially social events, and they told me their decision to hire me less than a week later.
Applied for a Training & Development Manager role and was screened out early without any interview. Given the repeated turnover in similar L&D roles, the hiring process appears misaligned with the experience and capabilities the organization ultimately needs.
