It was OK. The Manager didn't really ask me if I knew how to set for events or anything. He just said I needed to have open availability and work whenever we had events and stuff.

Had a series of 3 phone interviews. All formal, yet friendly and comfortable. Exec Director did a mediocre job of describing position responsibilities and lifestyle constraints, though after being hired, it was clear what he left out.
