I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Edmonton, AB) in Aug 2015
Interview
For me it took months before i got a call for an interview. i had to apply 5 times. This is not always the case, from what it seems they filter people and decide for only for what they want. Once I finally had the interview i felt good that i would get the position. Although again that took a while too. which again is not always the case. Once I did get hired i had the orientations and started working immediately with many shifts which was finally great after waiting for so many months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For me the interview questions were easy they were pretty much about how my job at McDonalds would relate to this position at Costco.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.
