I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Bozeman, MT)
Interview
Pretty simple. Applied online and followed up with a phone call. Interviewed on site with 2 interviewers. We were all sitting in computer chairs in a pretty cluttered office which seemed kind of weird and was pretty informal. Questions were behavioral questions. Typical questions you get asked at interviews of this type. They were hiring lots of seasonal help at the time (14 people). Interview was about a half hour long and got called back a few days later.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it.
Applied through the Costco website and received a phone interview after about a week. I received a phone call after a few days where they ask you some questions basic questions about the company, and if you have a membership. If you’ve been selected for an in person interview, you have to talk with the assistant manager and team leader.

Interview
Super easy, did two interviews just about certain scenarios, if I was willing to help out in a different department, etc. The last time they called you into the office was for drug testing and paper work signing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Dec 2018
Interview
First met with 2 supervisors in the food court and answered some basic questions relating to prior experience. They left and sent a manager over to talk to me. This was more of a conversation where he was trying to get to know me personally and learn a little more about my duties and responsibilities from a previous job.
