Q: What was the biggest challenge for you while doing this take-home challenge?
Process is pretty straightforward, similar to any of the tech companies, after recruiter sends out your information and hiring manager considers you a fit: first phone screen, then portfolio review with multiple 1:1s, ends with hiring manager interview. Then, they'll give you a thumbs up or down. However, the recruiter is pretty bad at responding with useful feedback if you ask for it after being washed off.
