I was referred by one of the outsourcing recruiters and have a phone interview with the director of the internal audit department. The interview was not easy and be asked analyzing questions. Needed to read the annual FS before the interview.

Many questions about experience and challenges and opinions re customer service. They inquired about how I would handle challenging work situations and how I handled previous similar situations. The interview was not stressful and the interviewers were friendly and responsive.
