Its a pretty generalized process with questions like "What would you do in this type of situation" etc, They ask about your work experience and how you work with others.

Know the Costco Mission statement and be prepared to work.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.

Strait fwrd retail questions but mostly about yourself and why or how you would be a good fit. Also history of retail work including challenges you've overcome and how you handled customer situations
