Interview was in two stages. Initially with a team manager to go over values and how you would align with the job. Second stage was with the deputy warehouse manager which included an on the spot saliva drugs test. Managers were incredibly friendly and the process was very smooth. Multiple people will be interviewing at one time and it's common to start with a group of people if you get a job offer.
