I turned in an application, manager told me to come in for an interview 2 days later. I had a 2:1 interview with the manager and assistant manager, they were both very nice. They just asked me simple questions and asked about my schedule. I got a call back a week later and was hired. Just make sure you come with a resume, and be very friendly.

Pretty easy going. Asked basic customer service questions. How to handle difficult situations, tell me what good customer service looks like to you. Availability and pay expectations. Wanted to know about my resume and past experience in the hair industry.
