Zoom interview, asked various questions about what I'm looking for going forward in life, what made me apply for the job, how I would deal with complaints or issues. Friendly management.

It is not very difficult provided that you provide sensible answers but not trolling. I didn't prepare for the interview but I just answered things that I think make sense and is reasonable, showing that I will really work hard if I am given an opportunity to work there. There are quite a lot of questions asked so it took around an hour or something to finish the whole interview, including any questions you want to ask the employer as well.
