Long and drawn out. Went through 7 rounds of interviews with Corvus and it even went as far as meeting their CSO. How did it turn out? They ghosted me while I was awaiting an offer. Not even a rejection letter or reasoning.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If we hired you what would be some things that you would want to implement and enhance our product.
I applied on the website, day 2 i received a email for an introduction this was then canceled at last minute which is understandable. We schedule a another time, this introduction went well. We actually spoke for the full 30 mins. I was then advised that the next step I should receive a interview from the hiring manager by the next day because she was fairly quick and then thereafter a 3rd interview with manager and team member. The day after my introduction call I receive an email thanking me for my application and that they have decided to pursue other candidates. So in short, I wasn't given the interview as promised.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Corvus Insurance in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite seamless. From the initial phone call with the recruiter, I felt a sense of both professionalism and an easygoing feeling that made it a breeze to be myself. They showed exceptional flexibility to meet my candidacy schedule and were able to accommodate accordingly. I then had 2 more interviews. One was with the VP of Claims and the other with the Chief Claims Officer. Once more, they both were incredibly down to earth, approachable yet professional. I enjoyed my conversations with everyone involved. The entire process took about 3 weeks which also includes a background check.
