I went through the interview and initially didn’t feel the need to leave a review. However, after coming across other feedback about their process, I felt compelled to share my experience.
At first, the co-founders gave the impression that they were clear on what they wanted and were highly engaged. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a facade. They seemed to have no issue wasting employees’ time—I met with nearly every team member reporting to this role, as well as most of the senior leadership team. I was even invited to their offsite, only to be abruptly told that I wasn’t the right fit.
Ultimately, it felt like they gained a lot of valuable free insights from me without any genuine intention of moving forward. To make matters worse, they didn’t fill the position and instead continued actively recruiting for it for nearly a year.
This company comes across as deeply dysfunctional, with an underwhelming senior leadership team. Additionally, the product is far from as innovative as they claim it to be.
