Met with several levels of management. Very lengthy interviews with lots of personal questions. The management team is looking for key words and will ask the same question several ways. The management team repeatedly comments that they are on the lower end of the salary scale but feel their company culture makes up for it. Company does not follow up or communicate regarding status of opportunity.
