It was relativity simple. The day begins with a presentation introducing yourself to the interviewers and future colleagues. Then you are broken off to do 30 minute one on one interviews. The questions are pretty rigid and formulated.

Screening calls and one formal interview round using STAR questions. The screening calls may be with HR and the hiring manager or just the hiring manager. The interview was conducted by a panel including other team members the position worked with.

Star Method interview format with good conversation back and forth. Panel interview with 3 interviewers. Good process overall with intelligent and prepared panel. Background check is thorough and onboarding process is very long.
