      Interview

I applied online through their expert network board and had some initial email back and forth with a recruiter who asked a few questions about my background and credentials. Correlation One is remote so she was based in Toronto and she was extremely pleasant which made it easy to settle into the conversation. The questions were fairly straightforward and mostly focused on my teaching experience, how I work with learners, and my general background etc etc. I heard back the next day with an invite to their portal which is well organised and has other openings within
