Corral Consultants interview questions

The interview was conducted as a group via Zoom. There was no inclination that this would be the case before scheduling the interview, so I was caught off guard. The company personnel leading the interview were nice, knowledgeable, and professional. You did not get to ask any questions during the interview, which was not a great sign for me personally.

Round one interview will be a group interview via Zoom. Little information about the actual position will be provided. You will be advised that the job requires everyone to learn everything about the company before any promotions are given and the interview process is done in three parts. They will tell you that they are only selecting the top 30% of interviewers, when essentially they are not actually looking for any real job qualifications to begin with. They will call you the same day and advise that you need to come in immediately the next day for a second interview as it’s the only day they have available. During the second interview: You will arrive to a large room with lots of people and loud music and given a clipboard to answer general sales questions. You will then be called to a room with another person that is going through the pyramid process and someone shadowing them. You will find out that this is a door to door sales/ commission based position only. It does not matter what the title of the job posting has listed. Some titles may read account manager, manager in training (MIT), entry level sales coordinator, etc. Anyone hired will not be eligible for base pay/salary until after 5-6 months…it does not matter what type of education, background, nor experience that you may have. They will also give you the pyramid of potential earnings. The third interview you’re supposed to meet with the owner/ branch manager…. I will not be participating and decided in round two that I have no intention of proceeding.
