Corpay Windows Systems Engineer, Senior interview questions

Fleetcor HR lady contacted me for this position and presented the salary range in USD (I am a Canadian). I asked twice to confirm the salary will be in USD. The interviews went good and I got a verbal offer from the HR lady. However at this point, she said the salary is in CAD instead of USD which she made a mistake, which means the salary is like 30% less then previously discussed. I wanted to have a clarification and to discuss with the hire manager for other job related questions, but these never happened. I tried to contact the HR lady twice via email and other channel, but could not get connected. I would expect an answer even the results didn't go well. It's completely waste of time.
