Interview
Approached by a headhunter. Had a positive telephone interview with company's CIO. The next telephone interview happened after two months. Than a long delay with progressing any further despite they were very interested in me. It's only when I wrote an email to the CIO directly asking him whether they still want me to join them, I've got further 4 telephone and one face to face interviews. In total it took them more than SIX months to get the decision to hire me.

Interview
I applied online and got a call from the recruiter who provided details about the role and salary. They sent an assignment that had to be completed within 48 hours and the next round was based on the assignment. The assignment felt like a way to get free work done from candidates. They expected a PRD document for a medium to high-level feature of a forex hedging product. This type of work typically takes 2-3 months to prepare and is very detailed and industry-specific. I submitted the assignment within the timeframe but never heard back from them which is very unprofessional.
