I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
spoke with a recruiter then had an onsite interview a couple of weeks later. I heard back quickly and the recruiter was great. The hiring manager didn't seem interested at all and I recently found out that the internship went to an internal candidate (an intern who was there already) which would explain why the hiring manager seemed so aloof during our interview.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (Santa Monica, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had a very positive interview process. I first had a 30 minute phone interview which was fairly simple and straightforward. The next step of the process was an hour long interview with four employees at their headquarters.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
They were very on point but they have a gpa requirement which I think is unfair because certain students might choose to concentrate on outside projects. I like the company's attitude as a whole which is why I would assume that they would appreciate the fact that I spent my free time working on projects outside of school. But I don't understand why they accept 3.0s and not 2.9s.
