I was contacted via email to call for an interview. I called and set up a phone interview for the next day. I thought I was interviewing for the position I applied for but it was a company doing a pre-screen for the potential employer. I never heard back from the company at all. I was not pleased with the process at all. I didn't have a chance to talk to the potential employer at all. I feel a phone interview to answer pre-screening questions did not allow me to speak for myself.
