3 rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and then the hiring manager's manager. All of the interview happened over about 10 days so it did move quickly. The hiring manager forgot to ask me a question and actually called me after the interview, which was a bit strange. Then in the 3rd interview, I found out they really just want a cheap Project Manager not a Program Manager. Not the most professional of organizations outside of the HR person (who was great BTW), probably dodge a bullet on this one. Could have saved everyone a lot of time by making this a requirement.
