The interview process started with a phone screen with a Manager, which was disappointing. She seemed confused about the role and my resume, and struggled to answer my questions clearly. The conversation felt scripted, as if she were reading from a pre-written list, or possibly distracted by something else during the call.
A few days later, I received a rejection notice. The lack of preparation and engagement during the phone screen left a poor impression, making it difficult to feel confident about the process. A more focused and informed approach would have made the experience more professional.
Phone screen then interview with recruiter then virtual with Senior HR Director . Process took long, recruiter gave tips to help in interview. Interview went well and was supposed to hear back nothing ever… glad i dodged bullet keep seeing this role by reposted even a year later i applied. Poor candidate experience
