Core interview questions

The Interview process was a two part process. I initially had a general interview with the direct and a manager of the client management team. This lasted about 30-40 minutes, and was very easy going. I was then asked to prepare a presentation and sample media plan for the second round interview, which included speaking to the same two people as my first round, as well as a member of the HR team. This interview lasted about 45-60 mins. Apart from the amount of work involved to prepare for the second round interview, the presentation and resulting questions were all very manageable and all interviewers were pleasant and receptive.

Three rounds with the hiring manager, HR and teammates. Was overall a good process, quite informal but gave me a good opportunity to get to know the culture of the company and the expectations of the role.
