I found the process somewhat normal, but one of the interviewers (head of the NOC, I think) came off like a bit of a jerk. His questions were off the wall in my opinion and not questions I have ever gotten before in a technical interview. I was actually upset after the interview. Even if they offer me a job, I wouldn't take it just because I wouldn't want to work with that guy.
