I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cordialsa USA
Interview
The interview process was quite thorough and lasted around 5 weeks. Here's how it went:
Initial Interview with HR: The first interview was with the HR department. It was conducted in both English and Spanish, with questions assessing both language proficiency and general qualifications.
Second Interview with Logistics Manager: I then had a fully Spanish interview with the logistics manager, Vivina. This interview was more focused on logistics-specific topics and required a strong understanding of the field.
Team Interview: The third interview was with two individuals who I would be working with or reporting to. This session was fully in Spanish, and the questions were a mix of teamwork dynamics, day-to-day responsibilities, and problem-solving scenarios.
Final Interview and Excel Test: The last step of the process was with an HR performance person, where I was required to complete an Excel assignment. The test involved:
Creating Pivot Tables with different columns of categories.
Using VLOOKUP to match data.
Combining two columns (first name and last name) into one.
Completing an =IF equation.
The Excel test was entirely in Spanish, timed, and I had to share my screen while completing the tasks as someone watched.
Post-Interview:
It took a while to hear back after completing all the interviews and the exam.
Notes from the Interview:
During my interview with the logistics manager, it was emphasized that the environment would be fast-paced, and it’s common to work after hours.

Question 1
Interview Questions for Logistics Coordinator Position
During the interview process, several key questions were asked to assess my qualifications and fit for the role. Below are some of the questions I encountered:
What are the job responsibilities of this job?
This question aimed to check if I fully understood the scope and expectations of the position I was applying for.
Tell me about a time you helped a coworker in a tricky situation.
This was a behavioral question, focused on teamwork and problem-solving skills in a challenging situation.
Tell me your logistical experience.
They wanted to dive deeper into my specific experience in logistics and supply chain management.
What is the ordering process you have used?
This question was aimed at understanding the procedures I have followed in previous roles related to order management and processing.
What is your logistical experience?
They asked again, possibly to clarify my understanding of logistics processes, tools, and best practices.
The questions were a mix of situational and experience-based inquiries, focused on understanding my logistical background and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cordialsa USA (Houston, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
Terrible experience. The initial interview was great. I then moved on to an excel assessment which I ace. I perfect it. Then an interview. And then the last one with HR. Everything seem to go well since I kept moving forward and the interviews went well. After my last interview I emailed HR to follow up. I never received a response. Therefore I emailed the others I had interviewed with. And again no response. Very unprofessional company. They wasted my time back and forth with so 4 interviews plus 1 assessment. And they didn’t have the courtesy to let me know I wasn’t moving forward. Ghosting after 1 month of interviewing is very unprofessional.
