Cordia Resources interview questions

I interviewed for an Accounting Manager position with one of their clients. After completing multiple rounds of interviews, including a final interview on April 9, 2025, I never received any final decision or communication despite following up with the recruiter. While I understand that not every candidate is selected, basic professionalism calls for closing the loop with candidates who invest significant time and effort into a lengthy interview process. Ghosting after several interviews reflects poorly on both the recruiter and the company. I hope they address this communication gap for future candidates.
