It was completed over video and was very professional and smooth. The interviewer had me feeling at ease and asked engaging questions beyond the typical ones you expect. It was an efficient interview process.
I submitted the application online. The owner contacted me on LinkedIn and asked me to submit a video introduction. Then, they didn't give any response at all. Seems disrespectful.
