Coppin State University interview questions

Interview process/onboarding was professional, comprehensive, didactic and clinical experience was asked by assigned faculty. The faculty interviewers were experienced in faculty selection. The professional atmosphere is throughout! This institution can stand up against the best School of Nursing within a College.

Unprofessional interview and selection process. I had two virtual interviews; one with the team and another with the dean. Only one person out of 7 turned on their cameras for the interviews. I spoke to black screens. After the second interview, I was told they would make their selection before the end of the fiscal year (6/30/21). The selection deadline came and went. I sent two follow-up emails to check on the status of the selection. Both were ignored. I’m not upset that I wasn’t selected; I just feel applicants are due at least an automated decline email notification. I was told to avoid this institution due to its lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, they proved true to their reputation.
