I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Copper Mountain Technologies
Interview
Phone screen. Came in for 3 hours in person interview and testing. The next day they ask me to do two more sets of tests. I be asking about the salary range before completing them. They say they'll get back with me shortly. I complete the tests as a courtesy. A week later they get in touch to let me know that the range I told them I was looking for is above what they want to pay.
Extremely disrespectful with applicants time.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Copper Mountain Technologies in May 2021
Interview
First round of interview was great. Spoke with the Manager i'll be working directly.
Second round was an online personality assessment.
I took a time off for the final interview rounds as it was schedule for 3 hours, after 2 rounds of speaking to the team, the hr sent me a mail about 2 minutes before the interview that they have to cancel the interview as the management had an emergency and can't make it. Few hours later i get a mail from the recruiting agency that the management thinks i am better fit for a bigger company. Most Unprofessional and erratic behavior from a company that has a good reviews about work culture. Would recommend to anyone to interview in this company who is looking for a mid-level position, as they seem to only hire people who are less ambitious.
