Copious interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about a role at Copious, and I agreed to the conversation as I was open to a more stable opportunity. The interview covered standard recruitment questions and a Boolean search exercise. When we discussed salary expectations, the proposed compensation matched what I earn in a fully remote part-time role, despite this being a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days in the office. I declined the offer due to the misalignment and ended the conversation.

The interview process was very lean. Every stage was completed within the time frame specified. The hiring team was supportive during the whole process. They were quite professional. Thanks to them.
