I applied online. I interviewed at CooperSurgical in Feb 2026
Interview
I went through six rounds of interviews, and the process initially felt well-organized and positive. However, after the final round, communication stopped for over a month before I eventually received a rejection.
While I understand that hiring decisions can take time, the lack of timely updates made the experience frustrating. Additionally, six rounds of interviews felt excessive and could be streamlined to better respect candidates’ time. Improving communication and shortening the process would significantly enhance the candidate experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CooperSurgical
Interview
5 Rounds of interview ! 3 technical and for final, they ask you to come to the office and show a presentation which you need hours to prepare, only to say no at the end, It was a waste of time for a mediocre salary.
Managers ask you to how you can move the world, but when you ask them how they do things, you can tell they are a bad as a software product.
Very straight forward. I met with the hiring manager and the national manager during the second interview. The second virtual interview was just a job offer so it qas pretty much only one interview.
